5 Stars. Good location. Easy to back in. There is plenty of parking here. I am sure you can stay overnight here. They gave me a door 1 hour prior my appointment. Started unloading right after I bumped into the dock.
They keep your drivers license in their possession until you get loaded and check out... so they have most your personal information.nnEasy docks to get in/out but you will be here awhile, don’t waste time coming early, it’s appt time only 99% of the time.
Great place. Easy to get to off 55. Fast loading. Friendly people.
Come here alot. Friendly and helpful. You have 2 hour window after that you pay $150.00 no excuses. Can get backed up if busy.
They have a $150.00 fee if you arrived the day before your appt and will get you offloaded quickly. Yes, I paid that fee and was in/out within an hour. No drivers allowed on dock. Clean facility. They don’t mention about overnight parking but we did and no issue. Being it’s Illinois and parking sucks glad we weren’t bothered.
