I've been to this UPS on a few occasions and seen on this last visit that much hadn't changed. It's a zoo house and the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. There is a bobtail section to park-but if the trailer you are picking up won't be ready for a few hours-they will inform you to get off their property and go somewhere else until closer to your trailer pick-up time. Don't try to be slick either and stay there (like we did). We got woke up in the midst of that good ole sleep where drool laces your pillow ud83dude34. Alice is the best security guard I have met since going to the location.
I'm only giving THIS UPS 5☆ so drivers can see it. THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR THE WORST! My company pays extra for drivers to come here, even at a dollar a mile its not worth it!nFIRST: no parking while they unload your trailernSECOND: ridiculously long wait time to get the trailer unloaded (even during non peak season)nTHIRD: rude, rude and rudenTheir are other locations that allow parking for their non UPS drivers.
Got here at 9 pm was told our trailer is ready, and was given a number and told to go park and wait. Two hours later still no trailer. I called them and they said it’s ready we have it brought to you with in 20 minutes........ So two more hours pass by, still no trailer so I call again this time no answer; I go to the expediting trailer to see what the hold up is, and half the crew was having a powwow in the office laughing and hanging out whole time is ticking for our appointment in Connecticut.... I ask how much longer, and the fact I’ve been waiting 4 hours for a trailer that has been ready since I got here. They tell me give them 30 minutes ud83dude21ud83eudd2f
