Manager has no clue how to operate a business, drivers are slow and unorganized. Staff is unfriendly.

These guys put the F in fabulous. I order from this location all the time. From the employees to their service provided, It’s A-1. Food is always prepared right and not sloppy. When I unwrap that sandwich I lose it! Thank you guys!

I Waited on my delivery for 1 sandwich for 25 minutes, called back to make sure I gave the right info considering I am just across the street on Harlem Ave, I can see the store from my office! Only to be told I never made an order, the manager got on the phone and stated well I must have called another store. I assured him I called the exact number the first time as I did the second time. He then said well we will throw a cookie in. Then waited over 10 more mins before my sandwich was delivered. Never ordering here again. Missed my whole lunch break.

Have ordered from Jimmy John's numerous times always get my order wrong!! Called and talk to a manager he was very unprofessional and called back and Linsey was just as bad t if not not worse I will go somewhere else from now on they need to get their store together and get some new management!!

Before dropping off rental car at Midway stopped to grab some food for my trip back to Florida. Explained that I was down while trying to decide what to order and apologized for taking so long to decide, because I had miss my mother's funeral thanks to another tragedy and the manager paid for my meal. This was at 5:45 pm Feb 4, 2019. He went above and beyond and it reassures that there are still good people in the world. Thank you Jimmy Johns for hiring excellent staff. Thank you for the bottom of my heart to make a rough weekend a little brighter.
