Gave Phil a call to get a quote to re-key a new exterior door knob. Turns out he was nearby and was able to come over within 10 minutes of the call. I honestly can't compare the price to anyone else, but he's been doing this a long time, so I imagine it's in line with the others. He was extremely personable, and did a great job in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use him again.

After using other services in the past who quoted prices and then came to tell me it was only for a service call. Phil gave me an exact price, did extra work and stood by his original quote. He was earlier then his original time he said which was great because it was freezing out. I also had Phil do work on my home doors and said if i could wait a day he'd offer a discount! Who does that??? Not many businesses these days.
Phil is the consummate professional - skilled, informative, reliable, down-to-earth. Our conversations before he came out helped me choose the right hardware, and save money. His work on site (home purchase - changing locks, installing new locks, re-keying some existing locks to reduce the number of keys we need) was spot-on and speedy, and gave us peace-of-mind in our new home.
