Not only is it a fantastic workout, the entire staff truly makes you feel welcomed and like family! They have built an incredibly supportive and motivating community that will push you to work your hardest. I cannot say enough positive things about CB Burr Ridge!

Unique approach to fitness and a great way to build up the habit of exercising. In addition the staff and trainer are great and show great encouragement!
Tried their FREE 2 days, VERY welcoming staff and fun experience. Unfortunately, I have RA and I was extremely sore the following day. I'm a runner not a biker, but it definitely peaked my interest, I just gotta push myself.
