I have been working out at Base Lagrange since June of 2020. Upon my time in the facility I have seen extreme growth in my strength, speed and agility. Base is committed to getting the best out of their athletes. Each class provides a unique focus in getting each athlete ready for there sport whether it’s in-season or off-season. The cycling of programming provides each athlete to adjust to various movements while the face to face trainers allow for the athlete to get the most out of their training. After 3 months of working out at Base, I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to Webster University to continue my athletic career in baseball. I would recommend Base Lagrange to any athlete or person who wants to better their life through fitness. If you want clean facilities, amazing coaching, a great atmosphere and most importantly gains I’d choose Base.

A workout at Base is a terrific way to start my day. The trainers keep the workouts varied in movement and intensity. They take the planning out of which muscle group I should work each day. All the trainers are knowledgeable about fitness, strength training, nutrition and they are entertaining to workout with. I highly recommend this facility if you want to get your sweat on.

I am fairly new to Base, but it is a great place to train and learn proper lifting technique. The staff are all welcoming, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a ton of fun to be around. They continue to motivate me to be my best while holding me accountable toward my goals. I have gained muscle mass and strength in the short time I have been there. Overall, it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever worked out in. Great environment. Great energy. Great people. Thank you guys for your support (especially Kyra)!

Base has really helped me make distinct improvements in my strength, balance, and overall fitness. All of the coaches take the time to get to know the clients and help them progress through their programs. The facility is clean, has plenty of equipment, and the other clients are all friendly and supportive. I have, and would recommend Base to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness.

Base is the best place to train, it has quickly become a second home. It has such a welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely love the energy and the sense of community the coaches have created. For example, as you walk in you're greeted by at least 3 coaches. Everyone will know your name and they will do their best to push you to become your best. Not only do they help you become physically stronger they also help you push yourself mentally. They will cheer you on and teach you the how’s and why’s of each thing you do. I personally have become so much stronger since my first day here, and it hasn't even been a year yet!
