I love this gym! I say it’s a hidden gem. Noah is so kind, welcoming and informative. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting. There are so many different classes and ways to get active that will actually intrigue you and lead you to come back and learn more.
My son has been going to this gym for over 2 years. He loves it and has developed amazing boxing skills.
This gym has helped me fall in love with boxing and It's now a massive part in my daily routine. The environment is very helpful and friendly so this is such a good gym to learn combat sports for the first time. If you want motivation and/or are looking for competitive drive this is the best place to train at.
Definitely hands down the best place ever my little brother and niece go there for martial arts. Noah provides a great variation of classes throughout the week from Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. Aside from the great staff Noah makes it a priority to keep the gym safe and extra clean. Great plus during these trying times. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out and learn some self defense.
Very engaging and hard working gym. The people are genuine and helped me become a better fighter. Noah Training cares about the improvement of all their students no matter the skill.
