The line is always ridiculously long & they leave me on hold when I call. I’m frustrated everytime I have to use them. My daughters doctor suggested them but I don’t know why, nothing recommends them in my experience.. hometown pharmacy is better by far.
This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with this pharmacy.. I've had to call corporate on them and everything else. Andrew is rude and has no customer service skills at all. When the insurance company called.. to tell them to input a code to cover the medication Lynn did not even know how to do that... this sad they need to learn how to do their job.
Very rude Store manager and is never there!!! They do not stand for what CVS is about.
If I could give this joke of a pharmacy zero stars, I would. This is by far the absolute WORST pharmacy, and worst place of business period, that I have ever dealt with. What do they do wrong? ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. What do they do that's helpful or correct? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Out of my meds and can't get them refilled since nobody will answer the phone even though they're open
