The pharmacy is unreliable! This issue has occurred multiple times where I have received notifications that my prescription is ready for pick up but when I arrive, it is not in stock.

I called about the status of my prescription that I only had a 7 day window to pick up (today was the last day I could).nnMy doctor sent in my prescription order one week ago and it was never ordered. I only have a seven day window to pick up the prescription or else I have to wait another 30 days to start it. I was told it would be filled on the final day of pick up.nnWhen I called to see the status of my prescription a pharmacist by the name of Theresa could not have been more rude. She cut me off numerous times and would not let me get a word in. I asked when my prescription would be ready and she said “a couple of hours”. When I tried to ask further questions she continued to cut me off and ultimately hung up on me. Her level of unprofessionalism was disappointing and concerning.

John in the photo booth was AMAZING. He was so patient and very carefully cut out a very strange photo size I needed for a paper document. He completely made my day. I had visited a different Walgreens in LaGrange park where the photo booth staff was not as helpful. I’m so glad I decided to leave there and come here. John worked with me and I left VERY pleased with the photo I got. 10/10 to him for his helpfulness. Thank you John.
