Love shopping here. But, they need to educate & train their manager (Arielle) how to speak to customers properly. Most condescending employee. You don’t accuse a customer of wearing a 19.99 dollar ring and who is trying to return it. Clearly the sticker is still on it and it tarnished in the box. I repeatedly told her, I never wore it. Seriously over a $19.99 silver ring with a receipt. Ignorant!!!!!!

Love this location! Always find something different and unique. Before covid-19 they had layaway. Hopefully they offer it back when things are over.
I am a long standing customer and have enjoyed shopping here. Tom, the store manager and Cheryl, a manager are Absolutely Wonderful people... It is Always a pleasure to see them. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Payton G. and Georgiana on the phone regardinging a runway item. They are Gems, so Friendly and Enthusiastic...so nice to experience that level of customer service. ud83cudf37
