Everyone I interacted with great. Jason at the front desk asked questions to understand why I was bringing the car in to service and genuinely cared about making sure what I needed was going to be addressed. The gentleman on the day I dropped the car off did a fantastic job of showing and explaining the necessary repairs in a way that was respectful and clear. Adam did a great job on repairs and accommodated a few last minute requests and still got the car done on time. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.nnLadies: the people here really are professionals. There was not a moment where I felt belittled or like they were taking advantage of me for being a female walking into an auto shop. You’ll be respected and taken care of here.

New in town and came back from out of town to find my vehicle had a check engine light. I purchased the car through CarMax and had the extend plan through them. So when researching places they work with I came across Highline, only place opened on Saturday out of the 5 places I called. Took vehicle the next day, everyone was professional, courteous and clear. My son loved the waiting room area. Checked the vehicle and let me know within the hour what the damage was and all my options. I had ordered a rental car and was going to have to wait 2 hours to get picked up but an employee told me they would be able to take me, which I thought was great! Keep me informed about my vehicle and stuck to the timeline I was told. I even called for them to fix something else I had forgotten and they were able to do it! I will definitely be returning. The customer service and communication alone was wonderful! Thank you Highline!

Have had all my autos serviced and repaired here in last couple of years. They do a great job and prices are fair and competitive. Great customer service and very nice and courteous people in office. Thanks again.

They have very good service and in a very good timely manner. The staff is always polite. I’m such a regular they call me by name. And I tell everyone to use their service because there good and inexpensive. I live on the other side of town (Skokie, IL) and this is where I choose to get my car serviced. I recommend everyone to use there services.

Took all my information over the phone. Worked with extended warranty company. Extremely courteous and communicated perfectly. They were able to find and replace my tire in less than 24 hours. Didn't try to up sell me anything and their prices were extremely affordable. Definitely recommend them.
