We had a wonderful, easy experience purchasing a trailer from George at House of Camping. He was quick to reply to my emails requesting a price quote and estimate of time for delivery for the trailer we wanted to order. When we went in it was a smooth process to order the trailer. Everything was as he quoted me, no surprises. Many dealers won't even quote you a price and if they do when you get there there's always other fees they didn't tell you about. We really appreciate the way they treat their customers. I would not hesitate to purchase a trailer here in the future.
We went to House of Camping not looking to buy anything, and felt no pressure from the workers there! Matt (I believe his name was) spent time with my wife and I as we are beginning the looking process for a camper. He was super helpful and friendly and helped us narrow down floor plans, towing capacity, and pros and cons of different vehicle types while on long adventures. Would definitely consider making the trip back up from Jax to buy from House of Camping, really trustworthy and the employees truly love the work they do!

I live in Wisconsin and will never go to another place other than here. The service and people are absolutely fantastic. You feel like their one and only customer each and every time. My only regret is I can't give them more stars!
