The staff here were great! My sales rep Ibrahim was engaging and helped me get everything going and guided me through the whole process. It seemed like a real team effort from Ibrahim, to the GM Art, all the way through to the finance rep Ken. I had a positive experience from the initial phone call all the way until I drove the car off the lot. I was dreading going to a dealership, but once I got there it seemed like they truly wanted to help me get what I wanted. I never felt pressured, and they delivered on every promise they made. Would highly recommend and will be coming back as soon as we need another car.

So Hawk had my corvette in for service. Sadly, someone at the Hawk went ahead and crashed my car..... The dealership was not the nicest and easiest to deal with considering they did thousands of dollar worth of damage. Their insurance did the minimum to help me while the dealership did absolutely nothing. Will probably not bring my car back here again.nUPDATE:nI had emailed Hawk as they told me to, and absolutely nothing happened! They simple chose to ignore me and left me in the dark..... So I would probably stay away because once something bad happens here, they will simply just want to ignore you and pretend you do not exist. Note to whomever responded to me from the dealership, you know my name and the car. You already have my contact information. Stop pretending like you care, because it is obvious that you do not

I already did a survey for this event. Bottom line my car would not fail for them after several weeks so it was returned. They staff did their best but if it's not broke they can not fix it.nAgain I am delighted that they just did not start installing $$$$$ parts on a guess. THANKS for NOT OVERCHARGING me !!!!!!!! Been happy with the service department, keep up the good work team.

My sales rep was Ibrahim. From beginning to end Ibrahim was very accommodating. He was able to guide me through my buying process. Once I left, I had to return back to drop off some additional paper work. I had already inspected my vehicle inside and out but once I left the dealer the low air tire signal came up. I called Ibrahim immediately, even though I was still going to return but had to tell him what I found. He advised it would be taken care of when I returned with my paperwork. True to his word it was and very happy with my purchase
