Let’s start off by saying! They truly help you walk out with your dream car I walked out of there with a 2020 Toyota Camry and I had the best experience with them John the owner/manager helped me every step of the way they never pressured you to buy anything they make you feel comfortable they provide any detail you want of the car your looking for and they answer your questions and concerns! You never feel like they are pressuring you to buy a car from them they let you take your time looking at the car give you the history of the car. overall I had a great experience they really help you with the best options and are up front and honest! I’m so glad I got referred to them I almost made a mistake going to Mike Anderson dealer to get a car with them thank god I found my dream car with Baha auto! If your looking for a car go to there Burbank IL location and ask for John he will help you walk out with your dream car & give you a overall great experience!
Bad business had a vehicle scheduled to buy was communicating with someone while on the way and when I get their they tell me it sold five minutes ago then ask me to go to their other location to talk to a guy named yiyha and he might be able to do something so I went their and got immediately turned away false advertisement and bad service!
Was pretty impressed, their very fair, honest, and not pushy at all. Would most definitely work with them again
