I was very hesitant since this was my first time buying a car but the staff here was very friendly and attentive. I was referred here so I knew I was in good hands.nnLouie was very helpful, attentive, and patient. I was able to test drive all the cars I wanted and did not feel pressured. Although I was not able to get the car I wanted since I need to build my credit up however, I was able to get my second choice car in which we thought it would be impossible to get. They also were very helpful when coming back with any repairs that were missed. Thank you all for help and for working with me for the best deal possible!
I highly recommend Harlem Motors, I was denied credit from 20 different dealerships. So I decided to try it for the 21st time and low and behold the staff at Harlem Motors from Adam to Issa was so very nice and walked me through everything and got me APPROVED.... I was able to get the Vehicle of MY choice not what someone wanted me to have. I'm thankful and grateful for the team there. Try them out !!!
I've had my Nina babyud83dude0d (2011 Ford taurus) since June, 2015& have had NO, NONE, ZERO problems with her since I got her. I'm glad I went here because I hear all the time how people went car shopping & have to put their car ud83dude97 in the shop within days or weeks. I just want to say thanks again & of course I still recommend people to shop here for great quality cars. !
Really great people to deal with who has patients and will not rush you..I was able to get my new truck with no problems and the prices are pretty good.. I will most definitely recommend them to whoever is looking for a really nice ride!
