Terrible experience, never going back there again. They try to sell you stuff that you don't even want/need in your car just to race the price. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT !!!! Had a great experience with the service department today. Ozzie was such a big help. He greeted me, assessed why I was there, filed my warranty claim and kept me updated while my car was being worked on. Top notch service!
I just can't day enough good about this place. Ross in service dept is exceptionally helpful. He explains anything out to you that you have challenges understanding. I highly recommend this location.
Stopped in yesterday to look at some cars without an appointment. Ted came right out and helped us with everything. He went above and beyond with getting my monthly prices right were I needed them to be & I walked away with a amazing deal and a brand new car!! He was awesome to work with from beginning to end!!
