I encountered an issue with my 2017 Nissan Armada which requires service. I contacted the Nissan service department just before closing (approx. 16:50) on Saturday and scheduled service for that Monday. Upon arrival at the Nissan Service department on Monday, I was greeted by Jason and the Nissan Service team, received prompted service addressing my 2017 Armada issues and Nissan had the car rental ready and available as previously stated on the Saturday call! The Nissan service team should be commended for their customer service skills!

Lance Alvarez (Sales Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient as my family test drove a handful of Nissan Muranos. His attention to the small details and inquisitive feedback allowed us to really learn the specific differences of each level/style of the model. Lance also provided upfront, transparent information on the warranty associated with the vehicle once we selected a model. He is a consummate sales professional and we were very pleased we had an opportunity to work with him. My wife has already decided that our next vehicle will be purchased from Lance Alvarez!

Daniel Griffin assisted me in my purchase of a used vehicle from countryside Nissan on 11 JAN 2021. His customer service and persistence to get me the right price was fantastic. The dealership was attentive and fairly upfront, very upfront after the first offer for financing, I appreciated them reaching out during and after the process, Daniel even contacted me 5 days later to wish me a happy birthday. This is what customer service is and should be. Also, I am a military veteran and countryside Nissan seemed to have many veterans employed at their dealership, I appreciate this and thank them for hiring veterans. Thank you.

My experience with Continental Nissan has been fantastic. This is the third car that we get from this dealership. Mr. John Benedetto is an extraordinary gentleman and went the extra mile trying to help us out. The moment you walk into this dealership you feel that you're in good hand.

Although I did not end up buying a car, I worked with Joe Garner from Countryside Nissan. Joe was great to work with, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He was very respectful of the process as I was deciding between a used Chrysler they had or buying a new one from a Chrysler dealer. I highly recommend working with Joe if you are looking for a vehicle that they have.
