UPDATE: I just booked my second transport with Ray and it was absolutely perfect in terms of service and punctuality. I needed to send two high-end cars from NJ to VA. Three years later, I still highly recommend Dispatch Ray.nnI was trying to ship a John Deere Gator from Nebraska to New Jersey. and there were so many auto brokers who promised to get it to me at a really low price. I gave one of them a shot, but after over two weeks, still had nothing to show for it. I spoke with Ray and he told me about his dispatch platform. I posted my load on there and within 72 hours he had a bid. Granted the driver wanted slightly more than what I was offering, but I would rather they come back and try to negotiate than just ignore the load altogether. All in all, I got it shipped for just slightly above what the cheapest brokers promised.nThe Gator was delivered on time, the driver and dispatcher were very communicative and Ray even followed up to make sure it went smoothly.nI would definitely recommend Ray and if I have something to move again, he will be my first call.

Clueless staff. I was quoted $1200 on a $2000 job(as I later found out), the car was obviously not picked up, and instead of admitting that he has no idea what he is doing, he kept pushing it back and saying that with another $200 the car will get picked up within the next 24-48 hours. Cost me over $200 in storage fees, almost had the car taken by the auction, and ended up flying out there myself to pick the car up. Make sure you hire a professional for your move, and if the price seems high, it's probably realistic.
