These comments are meant to cover all of my visits over the past seven years. I am extremely satisfied with the service department at Continental Honda in Countryside. Although everyone is very professional, I always hope that Brian O'Rourke is the person I happen to get when I am there. Brian is particularly pleasant and professional. Additionally, I am always amazed that everything about Continental Honda, from the service bays to the waiting area to the bathrooms, is cleaner than my workplace - which is a hospital recovery room.... Two years later... I reaffirm what I wrote above. No one can beat this place & particularly Brian O'Rourke for service & professionalism. Ever.

I bought my first car from continental Honda and had a great experience. They have excellent service and great options. Ask for Erik Martinez. He did everything he could to find exactly what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. He was very attentive, patient and helpful. He made everything easy and explained everything to me. He’s the type to go out of his way to find and get you exactly what you’re looking for. Definitely recommend going to him.

I got my first financed car from Continental Honda and I have no regrets! I was helped by Edgar Ruiz who was a great guide for helping me choose the best car suitable for me, answered all of my questions, and best of all did not make me feel rushed to make a decision. He was very patient as I continued my search and promptly answered my emails until I finalized my decision and made my first big purchase! I am extremely grateful to Edgar and the rest of the Continental Honda staff for their assistance. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Yesterday 2/9 I went in bright and early to purchase my 2018 Toyota Camry se. I dealt with Milan, Bob, and Mark in finance. Milan gave me a warm greeting as soon as I walked in the door made me feel right at home we talked briefly about what I wanted and he than introduced me to Bob. Through out the entire service Milan came back, checked on Bob and I to make sure things were going perfectly. An they were, Milan and Bob are no ordinary car dealership employees. Everyone has the perception that car salesmen are trying to out wit, out hustle and scam you. These two are the most stand up individuals I have ever met and dealt with. Bob and Milan gave me all details for this car. How it was leased, how old the gentleman who leased it prior to me buying the car. Exactly how long they had the car on the lot. All info was disclosed. No secrets, no hidden agenda with these two. Will 100% be back for my next car. An refer everyone to them. Mark in finance was just as good as Bob and Milan. After all paperwork was signed and turned in Bob came out to check on me and said he wanted to get me the best rate possible so give him some time to crunch numbers. I was not pressured into anything, all three of these gentleman made this purchase as easy and seamless as possible.

Great service and selection! Finally found a car dealership with fair prices and salesmen who are genuine! Frank helped me and was very nice and super knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend if looking for a car or trade in. Ask for Frank and he'll take care of you.
