Autobahn Volkswagen of Countryside has always treated my car so well, and also me as a customer. They are always up to date on my car and allow free rentals when your car needs some fixing done. Their services are very valuable. I also feel respected as a customer and they showed me in detail what needs to be done with any fixes, especially for the Jetta being my first ever car to own. And they have a phenomenal lounge to wait in as well!

My salesman Freddie was great. He led me through the process with knowledge, fairness and ease. Unfortunately, when it came time to talk to finance my experience was not the same. I paid cash for my car, but wanted a 10 year warranty. The quote was over $3,200. When I balked at this, the finance guy became visibly angry, defensive and told me untruths. I eventually got the same warranty for $2,050 at another dealer.nWhen I went to pick up my car Mark did a fantastic job instructing me about the details. Unfortunately, my license plates were not ordered and they had to transfer my old ones. Freddie was apologetic and offered a free oil change. This seemed a fair compensation.nHowever, my negative experience with finance has overpowered all the positives with Freddie and Mark.

My first experience with this service department. I took our Atlas in for its 30 checkup. Greeted promptly when I pulled in. The rep answered the two questions I had. They said it would be done in 40-45 minutes and I think they finished early. Car came back washed. Nice lounge with wifi to use while the car was being serviced. So far so good.

Very easy to work with. Miguel did not try to sell us a car we did not want. We felt that Miguel was understanding of our needs and worked with us as much as he could. We came here after 5 different dealerships and glad we did. Showroom was EXTREMELY clean and everyone was helpful. Check this place out if you are looking for a car

The staff is very professional, friendly and courteous. Every person I encountered greeted me as a customer. Very impressive. Customer service makes all the difference
