Asked for ranch dressing and got bbq. Should have checked before leaving. When will I learn?
Before they said hello, the woman at the drive thru made sure to let me know anything involving ice cream or something icy was out of order. The sign on the street said spicy nuggets are back, the lady in the drive thru said they were discontinued. I ordered two meals and a 10pc nuggets. Nuggets wasn’t in the bag when I got home. Called twice and no one answered. So this is the only way I can get my complaint out. Avoid this location and avoid being disappointed.
I placed an order via the app. Upon arrival I notified the app I had arrived and was parked in curbside pickup#1. The app then said there was a problem and the restaurant was closed. It was open and still taking orders. The manager was no help what so ever. He told me to call the 800#. I left and again the app told me to notify them when I arrived. I tried again and again it said the restaurant was closed. When asked for the number he said he didn't know. I finally went went to the drive through and placed my order. So far I have only been charged once. With a manager like this guy, its a wonder they manage to operate.
I ordered from the drive thru 4 egg,bacon on a bagel. 3 with no cheese and 1 with cheese. We ended up getting all four with cheese. The one with cheese didn’t even have egg on it! They have not given me what I ordered from there the last 3 or 4 times .
Just realized the tax on order doesn't show up on screen. The real total is when you pay at window. Very quick manager was helpful.
