Man where do I start. I’ve known Nick for practically my entire life. First off the customer service is outstanding! Joe turner is an amazing person all round and treated us like family and showed amazing respect! The car buying experience was a breeze and hassle free! Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered promptly and in full and complete detail so that no worries were left and you could feel assured you were buying a great car at the best possible deal! We most certainly recommend Dan Cummins for your next car purchase and searching out Joe Turner to be your sales person is highly recommended!

Called from another state trying to make a deal on a new car purchase. My husband made the sales person an offer, but waited all day for an answer. He had to call the rep back himself to hear they would not accept the deal. Very poor follow up.nnManager has called this morning and we did a verbal deal to purchase car as soon as we arrive in Kentucky. Great service recovery. I know we are getting a great deal.

Traveled to Kentucky from Ohio to purchase this vehicle. The entire sales staff, Willie (who took care of us on his day off) Nick and Christie addressed all of our questions, made a video of the vehicle including the vehicle running before driving 2 hours for a personal view. Also since the vehicle was a Corvette we wanted to make sure our Service Animal could get in the back area with no problem. The Sales Team made sure the vehicle was moved to a less trafficked area of the lot so Lucy, our service animal, was able to not have a lot of outside noise and distractions. Great dealership, of course the transaction took quite a while with the trade-in process and final preparation of the Corvette, but there was refreshments throughout the business for the convenience of customers. Very impressed and highly recommend. Thank you for making this purchase painless, we LOVE, LOVE THE CORVETTE.
