They're ok on my side, fast and friendly as far as I'm concerned! I showed up 4 hours early and had to wait at least an hour till I got put in a door. Once put in the door though it only took about 30 minutes to get me loaded and I was out on my way. Still got loaded before my pick up time by 2 hours. The receptionist was very friendly but not in a hurry because she was being thorough with all the paperwork!
took 4 hours to pickup the load and one hour just for the papers after load done. worst experience
All railyards suck
Very polite but super lazy make sure u have appointment contact updated
They're not too concerned about loading trucks here, why have appointments? Not one loaded in 3 hours of being here.
