Notice! They do not load or unload from 3:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. if you are in a door, you are waiting. Now on to the review.nnAvoid, avoid, avoid! Another fabulous example of piss poor management. Why tell a freight broker you have a load that needs to be picked up if the load is not ready? 4+ hours in the door and all they can say is they're still working on it it's a big order.nnI would be embarrassed to say I worked here. Management should be kicked out of the industry. A random high school kid could run a warehouse better than this place.
Hi I’m truck driver I came here to pick up a load first it was so easy to get the dock and finished very quick but they don’t let you go your trailer still on red after three hours I checked the office and asked if they done, the guy in the office is so rude
I'm the owner of Tera Logistics and I won't send my trucks here again . I came to deliver a load here because my local driver called sick and I wanted to be on time as per our agreement with the broker. My appointment was to for 2:00 pm and my time in was 12:45 pm however now is 6:35 pm and they haven't touched my trailer. I insisted to talk to the manager but I was told he is busy and the guy at the shipping/receiving window is very rude. They treat all drivers like a piece of meat, DO NOT come here because you'll loose your entire day .... not worth it !!! Very poor management!!! I would give them - stars if I could !!!
Negative ratings. 1.5 hours in a door, not started loading, not even red light...nn...Well it’s three hours already and nothing changed.
