This bank SUCKS. Traditional bank as a whole is AWFUL. Their online stuff RARELY works, if you need it to work dont expect it to. INSANE charges to your account! Had overdraft protection amd somehow ended up with over 300 dollars negative because overdraft fees ALONE! Numerous times ended up screwed. Don't ecpect a single overdraft fee if something happens expect an overdraft fee of numerous things hit over the weekend because apparently their stuff doesnt update until Monday at 4.... Tried having numerous issues resolved to no avail. They just want to take your money in every way possible.
While traveling for business - I often need notary service. Since I am not a customer here - charge me. DON'T REFUSE. How could I become a customer after that?
