Prime Storage

We have had great service with the people who run this storage facility. They helped my mom in a time of need when we needed to get a storage unit fast. We got a second bigger one having more stuff. Then when our smaller unit got broken into they called and asked us to come out and check to make sure nothing was missing. It was also convenient that they added a new lock and just added to the account so we didn't have to make a separate trip to add a lock or pay for it. They were also very accommodating when we cleaned out the smaller unit we did not need.

Friendly staff. Always work with my mom and her odd swing 1,2,3 schedule. Place is secured. Cameras. Outlets. 24/7 access with unique gate code. Looks like it used to be an old-fashioned Oldsmobile storage facility. Way cheaper than other storage units.

Wonderful place with very helpful people in the office. Richard, Lisa, and Cat were amazing to work with. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They were very through with explaining everything I need to know from moving in to moving out. I appreciate all of them very much!
