Most useless website ever. Can't pay bill online via mobile or desktop. Must call or stop in.nEveryone I have dealt with IN PERSON have been great.nThe website is useless.

Suitable rental fee, great amount of choices.

Started at a reasonable rate with a small grace period for a late payment. Then jumped up by $25 and apparently there is no longer even a small grace period and they lock your space before the original grace period stated in the contract I signed has been eclipsed. This is unreasonable. I have been late maybe twice in the last three years I have had space here, yet loyalty does not seem to matter here. The late fees add up so quickly that meeting them quickly becomes a struggle. If you happen to have a bad month, you will end up losing everything in your storage. Moving out as soon as I can.nnThe employees have always been polite and professional. The policies of new managment are my issue.

The staff was very helpful and the facility is well taken cared for. I have personally worked in storage for over 4 years so I naturally am on the lookout for life and safety issues any time I go to a storage facility. I did not see anything that stood out as a major issue and from the looks of it the site works hard to mitigate possible water damage or pooling areas. Wide aisles and well lit with doors that open and close smoothly. I am only using them for a short period of time between moves but I have been very satisfied with the site and their service. I believe April was the name of the woman who helped get me set up and she was very pleasant and made sure to cover all the major ins and outs of the storage process. Clean, secure, and well staffed I would recommend to anyone who needs temporary storage.
