Had a 1 AM appointment it is now 8:30 AM and we are barely leaving. They do have good restroom facilities clean. They have an employee lunchroom which is fully stocked with vending machines coffee microwaves. Besides all that the process is really slow.

If you are pulling a reefer, they will allow you on site at 9:30pm. Do not show up before 9:30 because they will not grant you access. Check in at the guard shack and they will hand you a set of instructions. You call the number that is provided to check in after you park. It varies on the unloading. It can range anywhere from 2-6 hours. Lumper is paid through Relay Payment app. No overnight parking. You vacat the premises once you are empty. They start at midnight to off load trucks. They will stage you at a dock door but start at midnight. To the other drivers who do not leave a review to assist other drivers, quit crying. There is no crying in truck driving. Period!

Arrived at 10PM for 2AM appt. Checked in at guard shack then got paper with instructions and was sent to staging area. Call to receiving and got a door immediately. Unloaded in about 1,5 hour, pay lumper fee online and got pprwk in right window in door 53. No overnightparking.

UNFI check in guardshack park on right call grocery or perishable. 30 minutes early for appointment immediate dock. Door 77 for papers AND seal. Lumper check in around the corner. Exactly appointment time unloading began. Efficient for a grocery warehouse
