There is some good information embedded in Dr. Francis' lectures but you'll have to wade through hours of conspiracy theories. My favorite so far was about why drug dealers should be let out of jail. Do not bother with the live in-person course, listen to the audio of his lectures so you can fast forward through the 30-60 minutes tangents.

My wife attended the PASS Program as an ECFMG student. We LOVED the program. It is a grueling couple of months...but Dr. Francis and the staff are incredible. She loved it and is well on her way to passing Step 1. There were many students from abroad, but there were also a lot of US student who may not have done well with Step 1 the first time or did not have the confidence to take it yet.nnIf you are struggling with the Steps tests at all, this is absolutely an investment that will change the way you study and will help you pass the tests. The PASS Program will change your life if you are a med student.

Are you having difficulties studying for your boards? Step 1, 2, or 3? How about understanding the world of medicine as a whole? Pass Program is the place for you! I came here and my eyes were opened and became connected to the body's physio. I also passed my step 1 with flying colors!! Dr. Francis is a blessed man and very intelligent! Highly Recommended!!

Truly loved the program. They break everything down and teach the basics so you can make the connections yourself and conquer all types of questions regardless of the difficulty. Definetly a must for STEP 1,2,3
