My favorite place to eat love there whooper sandwiches with cheese and there fries are the best all ways hot
Most times they are fast and friendly. This last trip my sandwich was cool and they gave me a 6 nugget when I ordered 10 nuggets, returned to store asap, the order nugget I drove back for was dry and cold..n:(
Went to order at the drive up this morning, I was told they don't have Ice Coffee no more and they were out of orange juice and then apple. I asked what do you have for a kid to drink, he said milk. I ordered a bacon biscuit with egg and cheese with a coffee. After a 12-15 minute wait I am given a coffee in a regular cup with a regular lid not a coffee cup and a hashbrown mess of a bag with a sandwich that is what looks like two burgers maybe burnt sausage not on a biscuit that has two layers of cheese and a brown egg. When the employee handed me my food he said he was the only one who came to work today! I couldnt drink the coffee it ruined the cup and melted the lid before I got to where I was going, I threw all the food away besides my daughters french toast sticks that was the only good thing there.nDo better!
Very Poor Customer Service, We Felt Like An Inconvenience To Bother Them With Our Business. I Suggest For Owners To Restaff or Completely Close , Our Community Deserves Better
Been to the Philo road BK twice . First time they got my order wrong. I thought no big deal accidents happen. 2nd time 2/26/21 the drive through employee was impatient with the customer in front of me then told me I couldn't order any food for at least 25 minutes. Won't be back a third time.
