Papa John's, or as I like to call it, Daddy John's, is delicious. Can't go wrong and it just feels right. The menu options are unique and plentiful. Overall, one of the best pizza establishments around.

Carryout order. I showed up at the end of the time window. Order not ready, which was fine, as it was dinner hour. I was told that the pizza was in the oven and that he would personally bring it out to my car (no waiting in the lobby allowed). 25 minutes later, after no one ever came out, I went in. The guy had disappeared and my order was sitting on the shelf. I could have been waiting there all night for all anyone cared. The employee who was there apologized, and I took my pizza and left. It was lukewarm when I got home. This location used to be wonderful, but it has gone completely downhill in the last year. I used to order 3-4 times a month. No more.

848205766 Was my order number, when I went to grab my pizza the lady outside smoking that was an employee just sitting on her phone went to get up to scream at her nice employees about asking a question that came through via phone an update on someone’s order. She basically was saying she just needed a smoke break ect. If this is a manger it is very poor communication and leadership skills. Surely there’s no way the team instead should be subjected to that verbal abuse, also check out there white board sign about being a couple min late to work, that’s so rude expecally to have it face customers.nDefinitely need to team customer service here.

I absolutely love using this location. The staff member are pleasant and the food is always delicious!
