Didn't give me my card back so I had to drive back around and wait forever but they were nice and the food was what you'd expect from a Wendy's so it was a decent experience.

4 Employees make Drive in time 3:22 they took our order, 3:37 we paid.nStill had not dropped nuggets and forgot the drink 3:53 we finally get all our food and leave.nIf Min wage goes to 15 these employees need to be paid 5$/hr to make up for the time they cost other people.
Love the square burgers! AND THE FRIES??!? Yum!nThe staff at the Cunningham Avenue location is friendly and courteous too.
The service is slow. My experiences at the Wendy's on North Cunningham ST include leaving and watching others leave before entering an order. Long wait-time still doesn't necessarily correlate with bad service. We all know a longer line means a longer wait. We measure our drive-thru experience from the time our car pulls into the drive-thru lane to the time we receive food. Forcing your customers to wait at the speaker to order isn't a good customer service strategy. The leadership team doesn't seem to understand most drive-thru customers are looking to save time by staying in their car.
