Pizza Hut

They canceled my order without even calling me and telling me. I drove all the way to the store just to find that out. And because I paid on line I won’t get a refund for 3-5 days. So now I have no money and no pizza. They offered me no solutions whatsoever. Just a “sorry sir”.

This was my first and last time going to this establishment. Do not go here, poor quality food and even worse customer service.nnOrdered two stuffed crust 3-topping pizzas. One of them had garlic on the crust. I called and asked them to remake the pizza. I returned back to the location , waited about 3-4 minutes before an employee came out. I received the remake to see that it was undercooked, sloppy, and barely had any toppings on it.nnThis pizza was to have extra pepperoni, there was literally one giant slice with 1 single pepperoni slice, and 2 slices with only 2-3 pepperonis on it. I informed the employee that it was supposed to be a 3-topping pizza and that I asked for extra pepperoni. He replied that it was. I then pointed to the slice with 1 pepperoni on it and he said it’s extra pepperoni but the cheese makes the toppings move .nnI was outraged at his attitude, the quality of the food, and the fact that I had driven to the location twice now.

Honestly, I deserve a refund. It took so long we ended up going somewhere else to pick up food. When the food finally arrived 3+ hours later, the pizza was warm, not hot and barely sauced garlic parmesan wings.

I ordered on the app and picked up in the store very easy and convenient for me. Thanks to the pizza hut personal for being friendly and gracious.

Pricing improvement or A nice coupon or discount would help. Plus I went straight home. 6 minutes away and my order was cold before I hot home.
