I was so pleased. Great customer services tonight. It’s Saturday on January 09,, 2021. I walk in this store it was very clean and very employees had on their mask. Un- like Little Cease in Joe Or Road; moving on. This store had great customer services once again, and Alfonso was the cashier, that greeted me and cash me out. I love their brownies, so he had the cooks to start working on my order, and to had all of them was well dressed with their uniform together, and good Sanitation awareness. They understood that we are still in a Pandemic. I really never to much care for their pizza like that, but now from the way the team handle themselves, and all of them had their masks on. I would gladly spend my money with them. This is not the first time. I was pleased with their services, I accidentally on the computer give the driver a forty dollar tip, and when he arrived. I give him a tip again. He called back with the manager, and point out to me the mistake I had made. They returned my money back on my card at the end of the shift like they said, they would. I was happy with their services,. Patronize local dominoes being aware that we are still in a pandemic and had them selves very well

Absolutely unacceptable service...nWould give Negative 5 stars if it would let me.n1st time I ordered on 4/1/2021, took them over an hour & a half to deliver our foodn( I ordered at 7:30pm, receipt shows my order was ready by 7:52pm, we finally got them about 9:40-9:45pm ), when it finally arrived, the boxes were warm, but the contents were cold. Called the manager was told my next order would be free of charge, called today to get that order, was talked to like she had no idea what I was talking about, so she tried to charge me for the full amount, I told her that I was told by the last manager that it would be made right. Finally got through to her, was still forced to pay a delivery fee. She told me 35-40 minutes, now we wait.nWell it has now been 41 minutes, just now received a call that my order has just now left the store. Let's see if the driver has my unit# this time.... So sad that they are allowed to continue with such bad employee service

Excellent. Every time I have ordered pizzas from this location they have ALWAYS been perfect! The staff professional and courteous.

If i knew my food would be sitting for an hour before it gets delivered to me I would have made a more informed decision when choosing the establishment to purchase food from . Because i like fresh baked pizza. If i wanted a hot n ready . Little Ceasars is down the road. Little ceasars would probably be fresher at this point. That states allot .
