Little Caesars Pizza

Absolutely ridiculous. Wait 20 minutes to order. With only 1 person in front of me. Ignores 4 phone calls. And then adds things to the order that never came out of my mouth. Can't even listen to a simple 2 item order. Or acknowledge people in line. SMH!

Quick pick up. When my order wasn't in the contactless pickup staff was able to provide me with updates that order was still in the oven. That was anticipated as the items are not on hot and ready as other items. Staff was very cordial.

Don’t bother even calling them because they don’t pick up the phone.. literally had my friend work there for a day and saw how the employees don’t answer the phone and just let it ring. Plus said they don’t even wash the pizza pans so there’s mold growing under the pizza pans. So he basically left and said he didn’t wanna deal with them because there unprofessional and don’t care about customers but themselves.

This place has the most RUDEST young lady working here. When my husband asked her for her name she stated “ what you need my name for “ “ You don’t need my name “ she speaks to all the customers in an extremely rude manner! We will be calling corporate

December 2020: My sister ordered from here recently and wouldn't you know, the online order was not ready for 30 minutes after arriving to the store. The pizza dough was also raw in some spots. Avoid this place!nnAugust 2020: Ordered online for pick up on a Friday night, the estimated pick up time was 7 pm. We get there at 7:05 pm and there is a large crowd of people waiting outside for online orders. Our order was not ready and the store was behind on all online orders. Apparently the previous work shift had some sort of issue and had shut down the online orders. They failed to notify the next shift they weren't receiving online orders so none of the online orders were made even though customers were still able to order online. We didn't get the order until 7:40 pm and it was missing items. We ordered 3 crazy bread, they didn't have them ready and a female employee tried to substitute it with a single order of Italian cheese bread. She argued that our order only had 2 crazy bread even when shown the order with three separate charges for crazy bread. We had to speak to another female employee and asked if we could get a refund on the other two missing crazy bread. They said they couldn't refund just the crazy bread, and can only do refunds on entire orders. WHY, how stupid is that? In the end in addition to the Italian cheese bread, they gave us an order of chicken wings as a substitute for the 3 orders of crazy bread they did not have.nnThe last time we ordered from this store they did not give us the two crazy sauce for our order. I called them and asked if I could get a refund and the female employee said no they can't do refunds for online orders and that we'd just have to come back to the store to get it. This employee also said it's only $1 for each sauce anyway. So what if it's only $2, I still didn't receive it! Why have an online system if you can't do refunds? Surely they can figure out how to do this.nnI will not be ordering from this location again since this location routinely has employees with bad attitudes, orders are not on time and/or are incorrect. I would also recommend against online ordering since they claim they cannot do partial refunds when they mess up parts of an order. I also hate that the online order doesn't tell you if the order is ready so you end up wasting your time waiting at the store when they haven't even made your order yet.
