Staff do not use face masks even though there is a door sign requiring masks. Man at counter coughed during transaction. Not worth risking your life to get a key made.
Called today to question about having my key fob that I purchased myself programmed. I was told by A tech, I believe David was his name rudely stated “we’re not doing that” and “we don’t program or cut anything that is not from us.” Ok, got and understood but he could’ve been a little more professional and better with his customer service. Just because of that, they won’t ever get my business. Thanks for helping me narrow down my search for locksmiths!
