Love the memorial and the concept, truly worth stopping by to see. Freedom isn't free, and this beautiful memorial and scenic overlook is a reminder of that. The memorial reminds you of the men and women past and present who fought for our country and freedom. Then when you look beyond the memorial and stone wall at the magnificent beauty of the rolling hills, lakes, and rivers, below it showcases just what they were fighting for. A great tourist stop, scenic overlook, veterans memorial, and a good place to get out stretch and get fresh air on a long drive or to have as your destination of a bike ride. The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is because the trees, and brush are so overgrown close to the wall that it obstructs most of the view. If you share my opinion contacting TWA and informing them of the overgrown plant life obstructing the view can't hurt. The veterans memorial park and overlook is overgrown, remind them not to overlook the landscaping so our citizens can once again overlook the landscape itself. POW MIA God Bless America!
