I love this place. The workouts are challenging but you can work to your own level. Everyone is extremely encouraging and friendly. I can definitely see the change in my body and attitude. . It’s a wonderful gym.
Switch it up n asks about your diet give good tips
My husband and I have been going for a year and a half. Jeff does an awesome job keeping us motivated. Whether you want to lose weight or just get more fit and healthy, the workouts are never boring. We never know what challenges we will have to face. Highly recommended!
I hired Jeff to work with my 13 year old son over the summer. My son loved the variety of equipment. The workouts were always different and individually tailored. Never repetitive or boring. He is flexible with scheduling appointments, had great communication throughout, and is all around a pleasure to work with.
I am an avid runner and I was looking for another way to tone my arms, legs and abs. After training with Jeff I couldn't be more comfortable with my body. Jeff designed the perfect workouts to get me to my fitness goals. Jeff is always positive and energetic during each session. Very professional and reliable.
