It is big and peaceful. I only hope that they consider changing the carpets of the entrance gate as they are beginning to smell. Or, they can plug in some air refreshing devices to keep the place smell good like many other mosques I visited in Illinois. May Allah bless those who take care of it.

Its pretty good. You may need to ask someone where the women prayer area is if you are new. The parking lot entrance is from S Bausey Ave.

This mosque fosters a respectful and inclusive community. Announcements are made regularly about volunteer opportunities and interfaith activities with the surrounding church. The Friday teachings (khutba) are tailored to religious applications in modern society and inspires critical thinking.

They have and show compassion to others, besides Muslims!
