Bad customer service at best. Never received a delivery order so called to see what's going on, apparently they have a new driver and not sure what happened. Manager was speaking to me and the guy had a very upset tone with me when I wasn't and accused me of having a sarcastic tone while I was just trying to figure out what happened. Listened to him rant about being short staffed and high turnover. Told me he will refund me and send me food with goodies, never got the goodies. I somehow doubt I will receive the refund. I will up the stars a bit if I do receive a refund.nnUpdate: did get the refund but still not the best service being upset at wronged customer first in my opinion

Had to wait over an hour for a sandwich, I was at work so I had to wait to go on break until it got here. Got here without the mustard and Mayo packets, they were on the receipt to take them but not in the bag.I would eat it plain but I got a plain slim so it would be dry.By this point where I work was closing in an hour and I wasn’t gonna wait for the packets, so I threw my sandwich in the employee lounge to eat when I go home. Driver was nice, typically location is good but how do you forget something that it literally says to take?

Delicious as always but not what I paid for. The price to add things to the little John is the same as the big John but you get half the amount. Not what I expected.

Bad service. Over an hr and still no food. People are rude as well.
