4th order in a row not right. Only called in the last one 3rdtime cause I paid extra for added meat. 4th time a free one to make up for it and it's not even close to my order and took 45 mins to get it.

Usually I don't have problems here. But today, I stopped in to get a sandwich for lunch before work and when I opened it up there was literally one single piece of Turkey on the entire sandwich. Was very disappointed, I paid 8 dollars for some bread and lettuce :(

Terrible service. They have gotten my sandwich made wrong x3 in one day. When I called, the manager on duty placed a free sandwich on my account that I could not even redeem today 2/7/21. So I placed an order for delivery. Now 1hour later I still don't have my order delivered. Will not recommend this location to my friends & family.

One of the best Jimmie John's to eat at, has the friendliest staff, always makes my sandwich fast and fresh. Love this store, but sorry, I was too hungry to snap a photo of this fire Lil John #5 no tomato, extra cucumbers, extra pickles, extra lettuce, and extra extra extra drown it in that tasty vinegarette sauce! Miss my sprouts, but they are gone. Tasty sandwich!

After placing an order online and paying with my debit. My actual card was charged more after looking at my bank statement. I called the store and spoke with a very rude general manger. That used profanity and hung up on me twice. After calling corporate they reached out and found that I was right. Long story short check your accounts and make sure the drivers aren’t adding extra money for their tips. I left a tip in the online order and gave him a cash tip as well. Then was charged an extra dollar in tips later.
