They were great! Even though Generac has been backed up because of covid, Teck made it as easy and quickly as possible. The guys were hard workers and the office staff was so polite. Over all, loved everybody there and they have made my life easier. Highly recommend!

WARNING!!!!! Generator issues!! BEWARE of what this company does and tells you!!! I am the daughter of a 88 year old woman that got played by this company!! It started out on April 2nd with a maintenance call for the annual check up - cost $120 - and went down hill from here!! Let me clarify she had never used this company before as another company has always taken care of her maintenance. She lost power end of May (2 months after initial visit) but it only ran for a short time and quit. On 6/2 they came out and said the battery was shot and needed to be replaced - cost $395. One month later quit running, they came out and now it is the control board, which had to be ordered but was covered because there had been an issue before so replaced at no charge end of July 28. However the pressure was low. August 28 - red light on and not running ud83dude20 technician Zach comes out AGAIN (This has become a monthly thing!!). He did nothing this time except to tell her after all this and months of jacking her around that the Generator was shot and she needed a new one and BY THE WAY that is a charge of $111.00 - bye!! She should NEVER have been CHARGED for this last call!! She has now spent well over $600 on a Generator that is garbage and the answer is we don't know for sure what is wrong as the dynastic check gives us possibilities?? Wonderful customer service and reasonably priced annual maintenance plans for your generator. Teck Electric installed my outside generator and i have been so happy with the annual service as well as the peace of mind having my generator! In my area we lose power a lot and this has kicked in every time the power shuts off immediately after. i can run everything in the house and my pool heater and pump as normal. Life does not stop! Wonderful investment!
