The only reason I give two stars is because they do have a few very friendly ladies at the window otherwise I'd give it 1 star. I texted in me refill for my blood pressure medicine on a Friday and they filled all my other meds which I didn't need any of those and messaged me I couldn't fill that medication until the end of April, then on Sunday they text me to see if I want to fill my medication I was trying to fill two days before. I even tried to call but was waiting 30 minutes before I decided to just hang up and do it through text, this isn't the first time they've done this and it's growing tiresome , I call and ask for meds to be refilled and they say it will be ready by noon and I try to wait for the text stating they're ready by the next day I go up there and they say that they're not filled or on the fill list. This location is by far the most unorganized, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. Really needs work at this location because many of my medications I can't run out of and as someone without a vehicle and on a fixed income I can't keep avoiding rides for their mishaps and I certainly can't go a day without my medications, it would be devastating. Get yourself together CVS, my life as well as many count on you to be professional.

If I can give the place a zero I would, the pharmacy staff is the worst, the customer service is terrible and Kara or Karen the pharmacist there is very rude and shouldn’t work with customer with her attitude.

Having shopped at numerous CVS stores throughoutnIndiana ..& Illinois ...nI have come to the conclusion that the CVS store located in Chicago Heights Illinoisndeserves a 5 star rating for service and professionalism.nThe pharmacy always has my medication in stock ..and the pharmacist Miken& other staff who work there have gone out of their way tonfill my prescriptions in a timely manner with no hassles.nThank-You CVS Staff for providing suchngreat service ..you are appreciated!nGod Bless each of You and Happy New Year! ud83dude0a❤ufe0fud83dude4f

Drive through lines are Long the lines inside the store are long... Calling in takes 25mins or more to actually get someone on the phone IF they pick up the phone

Definitely was Infront of the door at 8:57pm the lady just looked at me and I had my child with me in my arms. the doors were closed. It says close at 9. Come on now.
