As I’m reading down the reviews I see a lot of similarities to my experience! Now that they have the pull up orders with the majority of the staff locating items their employees no longer greet nor see if in store customer are have at least a fair shopping experience. Shelves are bare. Cashier was rude I thought she had a disability I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as I greeted her silence and I discussed a product with her silence my conclusion was that she maybe hearing impaired or speech impaired nevertheless I was wrong she was neither she was just being rude.
I love this target. The drive up service is seriously a life saver but Management needs to make sure they have designated people just for drive up I have already been there twice and those poor guys are outside bringing in carts and then running in to give me my order. They were extremely nice. Management get it together.
Cashier was awesome.. She helped me navigate my target circle app to save a few cents.. I really appreciated all that she did. Very friendly and polite.
Great products, customer service & value for your money.
Worst customer service, they see a line and only one person work customer service desk and no one assist to clear the line with people waiting 5 to 10 min.nnManagement needs to start doing their job right and help their employees by providing them the help they need.
