The ladies at this shop did a wonderful job of alterations on a bridesmaid dress. They were very helpful and came up with the perfect solution on making the dress fit perfectly without any complications. They put at ease since we were very worried about the dress and the turnaround time.

Great place and very friendly has everything for weddings and proms

I was in a wedding and they needed to add cups and take up the dress. When I arrived they had done neither. The fixed neither by the time I arrived. They said it would be ready in in 2 days and I came in on the 3rd. They ended up doing the fixing both issues but they quoted me a different price then they wanted to charge at the end of doing the work. They ended up taking out my cups because I wanted to pay the price they wrote on my ticket. Horrible service and they completely dropped the ball when they were in the wrong.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MALE OWNER ! first off let me start off by saying the ladies were nice but she messed my daughters prom dress up twice . the first time i went to get her dress altered none of the alterations were done which i asked for i had no clasp and no diamond placed where i asked i paid 150.00 dollars so we had to go back again for her to complete the alterations . then when we went back the second time a week before prom the straps where the diamond were placed were so tight they left an imprint on my daughters arms so i had to leave the dress again this time we went back and the dress was tried on and everything seemed ok. the day of prom my daughters was putting on her dress and the diamond poped off and cracked one hour prior to prom , we had to have a famikly friend try to sew them back on and this left a gap where the diamonds were supposed to be thankfully my daughters hair was long and it kind of camouflaged the missing spot . so we get to monday and i called the shop a nasty rude man answered the phone and i told him what occurred he said this happens to alot of girls and what did i want him to do about it he then hung up in my face and said if i alled back he would call the police ! my friend was sitting next to me in disbelief that this occured when ll i wantedwas for them to fill in the gap of the missing diamonds that poppped off i never wanted any money returned or anything i wanted her to repair what i paiod for no girl should ever experience this on her prom day. the alarming fact was that the man said he was the owner and this happens all the time to girls ater the prom the dresses break but this was not after the prom this was an hour before prom . i would never ever NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE TO DEAL WITH A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO CLAIMS HE IS AN BUSINESS OWNER . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! VERY POOR ALTERATIONS ! BAD QUALITY OF WORK
