Living Legacy Pilates

This special studio is one of a kind! I played sports and ran my whole life but as I got older I needed to find a different activity to stay fit. I began Pilates with Elizabeth and her staff in 2011 and it changed my life! With their help I strengthened my core and found muscles that I didn’t even know that I had! I was taking twice weekly for 5 years and while I no longer live in Champaign whenever i return I make sure to book appointments with Elizabeth and her staff. They are fabulous!

I can't praise the people at this studio enough. They are impeccably trained in the Pilates methods. All of the staff are wonderful teachers, excellent at tailoring the exercises to suit each individual. Working with them has changed my life.

I have been going to this studio for 3 years and it has been life changing. I work primarily with Elizabeth (the owner) and Kelly and always have a great experience. Can't recommend this studio, and Pilates more generally enough!

I’m an older guy. When I started at the studio I had zero experience with pilates and lots of aches and pains. The staff at Living Legacy were incredibly welcoming to me and put together a long term plan that has (over the past eight years) completely changed my life. Everyone in the studio has always made me feel at home and have never made me feel anxious or uncomfortable because of my physical limitations. The work itself has helped me with back pain and has dramatically increased my range of motion. This is just a great studio.
