By far one of the best workouts I have ever received. It didn't take long for this place to become family. I can't stress enough the amount of knowledge the Luyando family has about boxing and the love they put into this sport. If you are looking for a place to grow in your fitness level, they have a way of making everyone feel welcomed. I never once felt judged and everyone has only offered support. The only thing you will ever regret is not showing up sooner!
