Nice staff, clean. Miss the use of lockers. Although I understand! We just need patients for the circumstances we are faced with.

So, I took the Fluffy Kitty pole class a few times and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! If you want a place where you can try something new and different and feel completely confident and comfortable, THIS IS THE PLACE! Fluffy Kitty is for the plus size, and going there made me feel confident in my own skin. Had I not aggravated a previously existing injury, I would have continued!

I've taken a few classes here. I've always had Kyli as an instructor. She does really well teaching a class based setting, and is always willing to help people on their personal pole goals at the end of classes. It's a very cool place to check out for just a fun evening out, girls night, or bachelorette parties.

Defy Gravity is a fun and body-positive studio! It's a great place to explore the intersections of art and fitness through dance and aerial classes. The instructors are supportive and knowledgable.nnDon't worry that you're not strong enough. I had no upper arm strength when I started, but made progress really quickly. It's challenging, but so fun that you won't mind some soreness the next day.

I'm 2 fundamental pole classes in and love how fun the course is! I did knock of 1 star for a couple reasons. 1st. it's a little hard to find all the way in the back of a Plaza building. 2nd. there's no parking lights in the area so it's a bit scary. 3rd. on the website it says to come a few minutes early to settle in and dress but you end up walking in on another class at some points and have no idea what to do or where to go being your fist time. 4th. the class is large and so you don't get what I consider enough time on the pole for what you pay. There are I think 8 poles and about 16 for a full class therefore a 1 hour class with warm up and cool down only gives you maybe 15 on the pile. The instructors I've seen so far are great and most of the other attendees friendly and helpful. It's a relaxed accepting feeling safe place for the most part.
