Always a good experience here. Food is perfect for fall and winter eating. Also, soup in a bread bowl, what a concept, cheers to you guys for that. Also really love your smoothies, you guys get a 5 star from your favorite level 7 local guide, Snerd W/ The Word.

I made it a point to remember to post a review because when someone goes out of their way to make a problem resolved, it’s the least I could do. I made an order on the Panera website and noticed it was taking a while. I called and spoke to a lady named Roxanne. She told me it was a delay because of not having someone to pick it up (not her fault at all). I am very understanding and I completely understood.nnLong story short it was able to be picked up where I didn’t have to wait for a delivery driver. Roxanne apologized and she made sure a fresh batch of soup would be made. Not only that she was so sincere with her apology. She even made the order free! Oh how I miss Panera being at the old location in cherry creek plaza (never had issues there either) but I love this customer support at the new location. Just have to say I am so appreciative of Roxanne trying and being diligent to get things resolved. There was a person who transferred me to Roxanne that was so polite too! I’d mention their name but I don’t have it. Just thank you!

This location was very clean and seemed to be run very well. My food was great and it arrived quickly. I liked the atmosphere of the dining room, it felt like a place I could spend some extra time in while getting some work done and enjoying my meal.

I purchased a meal at the drive thru and thought that everything was fine until I pulled up to receive my order. The vehicle in front of me drove pass the drive thru without paying for or picking up there order. I go to pay for my meal when I realize that the bag handed to me was not my order. The driver thru personnel didn’t verify my order leaving me to pay for both my meal and the prior meal. She told me that the order was refunded but upon checking my bank account, no refund was made. I want a refund.
