What irritates me with this and other fast food restaurants is that you can be in their drive thru for 15/20 minutes. You place yr order specify you want yr food cooked fresh, you wait again then they still give you like warm food; And with an attitude, like they're doing you a favor. Employee training seriously needed.
Awesome ambience and super affable service. The menu was fresh and delicious. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Convenient rates and generous portions. Good job.
I’d ordered myself and my daughter a caramel frappe on 1/26/21 after 11AM. We both became ill within an hour of drinking the frappes. Vomiting and diarrhea. I don’t know what was wrong with those drinks but it scared us enough to not return to this location. We drink caramel frappes all the time from other locations with zero issues. I’d also like to add that whomever manages this location needs to chat with the employees about their customer service skills. The lady at the second window that morning didn’t speak, even after I’d spoken to her and thanked her for our drinks. Just RUDE.
This location has streamlined service for the covid era. There is no dining room service, just drive thru. The lines may look like they are long, but you won't wait long. I timed my last visit. The line was all the way out to the entrance. Took 3 minutes to place my order and 2 minutes and 34 seconds more and I was pulling out. Pretty impressive. Staff are masked and very pleasant. Great location
